BAT ERDENE UDVAL

Bat Erdene Udval Master Teacher of the Korea International Ballet Competition

Bat Erdene Udval was born in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia. He started his ballet training at Perm Ballet College, Russia in 1881. Upon graduation, he joined Russian State Ballet in Moscow as a principal dancer in 1990 and he awarded Silver medal in Moscow International Ballet competition in 1993. He moved to Cleveland San Jose Ballet of the United States in 1999 as a principal dancer and he danced as a guest principal dancer with Russian State Ballet and many other companies in Russia and the United States touring internationally over 40 countries from 2001 to 2007. He also taught at Baltimore School for the Arts, Carroll Country Dance Center, and Kirov Academy of Ballet in DC. Since 2016 Master Teacher of the Korea International Ballet Competition.
