ERIBERTO VERARDI

Eriberto Verardi
born in Brindisi ( Italy) in 1967
after completing his studies in dance in Reggio Emilia with Maestro Marinel Stefanescu,
in 1985 he began his career as a solo dancer in the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. In 1991 he was a soloist dancer in the company of the Slovenian National Theater of Ljubljana,
in 1993 at the Salzburg Landestheater,

From 1994 to 2000 at the Stadttheater St. Gallen in Switzerland where he became a principal dancer and choreographer assistant deputy director. He danced all of the classical repertoire and choreography by modern authors, such as Kilyan, Schilling, Sparemblek and others. In recent years, there are different tours that lead him to dance on stages such as the Bolshoi in Moscow, the Mariinsky Theatre of St. Petersburg, Kiev, in many European countries as well as in Brazil and in Latin America.

In 2000 he was invited by Carla Fracci and Beppe Menegatti as Maitre de Ballet and choreographer assistant at the Teatro dell’ Opera in Rome where he remained until 2005 and where he worked with international stars of dance as C. Fracci, R. Bolle, S. Zakarova , N. Tsiskarisde, I. Yebra, L. M. Cullum, S. Noja, T. Rojo,.Here care and depicts the most classical ballets from Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, La Sylphide, Swan Lake, as well as ballets by choreographers L. Cannito, L. Veggetti, P. Chalmer and others. In 2003 and 2004 he was back on tour again in Russia in Moscow with the ballet Scheherazade, Firebird and The Rite of Spring as a maitre de ballet of Teatro dell’ Opera di Roma.

In 2005 he was invited to the Theatre Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo as a choreographer and assistant director opera Adriana Lecouvreur. From 2005 to 2011, Maitre de Ballet and assistant choreographer of the Ballet of the Arena di Verona Foundation for ballets: Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Cinderella, Corsaro, also taking care of the choreography in the works of the Festival the Arena Aida, Traviata, Nabucco, Carmen ect. working with international stars of dance J. M. Carreno, J. Dronina, G. Picone, E. Obraztova. Since 2010 he is Director and co-founder along with Anna Guetsman professional ballet school “Balletto di Verona”. In the same year guest Ballet Teacher at the Stuttgart Ballet.

He is invited as a jury member and teacher of classical male technique, repertoire, pas de deux in workshop and national and international competitions.
